Inner and Outer layers of 220gm UV treated polyweave with 8mm closed cell foam padding. Nylon #5 YKK⢠chunky zipper with double Nylon sliders - so that sand and salt don't destroy the zip the first time they touch it!! Padded nose area. Handles at edge and board centre and padded shoulder strap.
We recommend either the Silver Top / White Bottom or the All White covers for boards that travel in or on your car, or elsewhere, where the sun's heat can heat up your board thru the cover. The white covers have proved to be much cooler and help to reduce wax melt and board distortion due to external heat (especially on boards with large foam volumes).
Widths for covers are calculated from the data you provide for the board's width plus thickness options. If you want a looser cover, please select a larger w+t option.
Nose shapes to suit Vertical Knife (Tall), modern Fish or Hybrid (Pointed), mini-mal (small radius) or Malibu nose (large radius).
